DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE PURCHASES ON OURBETTERPLANET?

It is mandatory to create an account to shop with us it's always a great way for an easier and faster checkout!

HOW DO I EDIT MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?

To add a new address or edit a saved address, please follow the steps:

  • Click on "My Account"
  • Click on "My Addresses"
  • Select "Edit" or "Add a new address"
I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD, WHAT DO I DO?

No problem. At the time of logging into your account, click on Forget Password. You will be sent a link on your registered email ID to change your password.

Placing an Order
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Follow these steps:

  • After adding your desired product(s) to your cart, click on the cart to view it.
  • Opt for check-out.
  • Fill in required details like your name, the shipping & payment address, contact info, etc.
  • Select the payment mode and place your order! You will receive a system-generated email confirmation with the order details.
WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE TO PLACE AN ORDER?

YOU NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER AND YOU NEED THE FOLLOWING DETAILS TO DO THE SAME:

  • Your Registered Account Holder's Name
  • Your billing & shipping address with pin code.
  • Your email ID to receive the order confirmation and shipment tracking details
  • Your mobile number
  • Payment information according to the mode of payment selected

HOW IS THE SHIPPING COST DECIDED?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping cost varies by the total order value.

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER REQUEST HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

We send you an email and/or text message with an Order Confirmation. In case you have not received an email from us, please write to us on info@ourbetterplanet.com with your payment details.

In the event of product unavailability, you will be informed of the same within three (3) calendar days of placing the order and the refund amount  shall be processed towards chosen refund mode.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY PLACED ORDER?

You can track your placed order via the link provided in the order confirmation mail. You can also check the Track Order page on our website - simply login to your account and you can see it

Cancelling & Modifying Your Order
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER THAT HAS BEEN PLACED?

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, you can login to your account and click on the Cancel button which is placed next to the order. After 24 hours the order cannot be cancelled.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by updating it under 'change address' option which is available under ‘My order’ section of Website/M-site.

If I return/cancel the purchased product will the GST/VAT amount charged be refunded?

Yes. If you return the product the applicable GST/VAT amount will also be refunded into the source account selected at the time of return initiation. However no refunds of GST/VAT shall be made in relation to platform handling fee collected from the consumer under Ourbetterplanet shipping policy

HOW TO ADD OR REMOVE PRODUCTS FROM AN ORDER THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN PLACED?

Products cannot be added in existing order, you need to place a new order for any additional products.

Products cannot be removed from an order placed after 24 hours of placing it. But there is always an option of cancelling the order within 24 hours of placing it.

Refund of a Returned Order
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND FOR A RETURNED ORDER?

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods.

I DID NOT GET A FULL REFUND FOR A RETURNED ORDER.

Placing Return and/or Exchange Request
WHAT IS OURBETTERPLANET's RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Currently we do not have an Exchange policy, but you can return the product and reorder subject to Return Policy applicable.

IS THERE A RETURN PERIOD AFTER ORDER IS DELIVERED?

You can request for Return with a refund within 7 days of the order delivery.

HOW DO I PLACE A RETURN REQUEST FOR A DELIVERED ORDER?

Returns are accepted only in the case of incorrect delivery of product size, colour or specifications from the order placed by customer. Returns will also be accepted if the packaging is found to be damaged or consignment is pilfered. You need to provide actual pictures of the packaging received showcasing issues with the said product.

A return/exchange request should be raised via your account, please specify a reason for return. After evaluating the return reason we can either reject or accept the return. if accepted We will initiate the return process and the package will be picked for return shipping or request for self-shipping in case return shipping facility is not available for the PINCODE the return-shipping cost is credited along with refund amount processing.

Self-shipping conditions:

Please ensure that scan copy of courier bill/receipt is shared via Returns section available in My Orders. The courier bill/receipt should satisfy the following conditions for successful processing:

  • It should capture the weight of the return package.
  • Origin address, destination address, shipment date, amount and other details should be mentioned.
  • The information on the receipt should NOT be edited/over-written.
WHY WAS MY RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST DENIED?

Your return request should meet the following conditions to be accepted:

  • The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in, along with any bills, tags, labels, warranty card, etc.
  • Products must be in their original form and unsoiled
  • Brand packaging should be intact

Will i be notified in case a product in my Wishlist which was out of stock becomes available tomorrow?

Yes, in case you like a product that is unavailable on the website, add it to your Wishlist and drop us an email with the product details on info@ourbetterplanet.com and we will write back to let you know as soon as its available on the website.

Can i place an order for a customized product through the website?
