How to use "Instruction for Use: Daily application for scalp nourishment - Take a few drops in your palm or a bowl. Dip the fingertips of the other hand, brush off extra oil from them. Massage in the scalp/hair roots, by separating hair little by little carefully so as not to grease the length of the hair. Comb. Post-wash for conditioning and detangling - Take a few drops on the palm, and rub the palms together. Apply along the length of the hair. Comb Morning post-shower application for daily full-body moisturizing on moist skin – After warm water bath or face wash, pat the skin dry. Take 3-4 drops of PARAMA NATURALS MOISTURIZING TURMERIC FACE & BODY OIL and lightly massage on your face and neck working your fingers in an upward trend. Apply similarly on arms, legs, stomach, back in with gentle pressure. This not only moisturises, and tones the skin, but has many other benefits. This motion helps to relax the muscles, tighten your skin and ensures deeper absorption. Leave on all day for protection from sunburn and also a glowing complexion and healthy skin. Baby massage pre or post bath, nappy rash Application on stretch mark prone areas during & post pregnancy Foot massage or Padabhyanga (at night before sleep) - Wash feet. Pat dry. Take few drops of Zingiber Ayurvedic Body massage oil and lightly massage on your feet, on the soles, heels, toes, and also upto the calves in a circular motion. Just leave it on. Massage for stress and menstrual cramps - Take few drops on your palm. Apply on affected areas like shoulder, neck, wrists, temples (stress relief), joints and muscles, knees, elbows, back (stiffness relief), stomach, thighs, lower back (menstrual cramps) For inflamed acne - Cleanse face gently with Parama Ubtan. Pat dry. Take just one drop of the oil on your fingertip and apply on the affected areas. Leave it on. For overall body massage - A. Pre-bath application – Apply on full body, avoid sensitive genital areas and eyes. Leave on for at least 30 minutes, before washing off. Post Bath application - Pat dry. Apply on full body as you would apply moisturiser. Leave on. Wait for a few minutes to allow the oil to get absorbed fully. Get dressed as usual. "
